AutoCount Software Support Executive

About the role

EduCLaaS is hiring a full-time AutoCount Software Support Executive. The role provides technical and functional support for AutoCount software, helping customers resolve issues and use the system effectively in their daily accounting and business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and support requests by phone, email, chat and remote support.
• Troubleshoot issues relating to accounting transactions, invoicing, purchasing, inventory and reporting.
• Guide users on system functions, settings and common operational procedures.
• Assist with software installation, configuration, updates and database backup procedures.
• Investigate reported issues, document findings and escalate complex cases to the technical team or software vendor.
• Maintain accurate support records and follow up on outstanding cases until resolution.
• Coordinate with the implementation and sales teams on customer requirements and additional service requests.
• Handle customer information securely and follow company procedures when accessing customer systems.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accounting, Information Technology, Business or a related field, or relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and common business processes.
• Experience with AutoCount or other accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
• Able to explain system functions clearly to users with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Organised, patient and able to manage multiple support requests.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows, networking and SQL databases is an advantage.
