Automation Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Automation Analyst to design, develop, test and maintain automation scripts, workflows, dashboards and operational utilities. The role translates operational requirements into automated solutions that reduce manual effort and boost efficiency across our Singapore operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain automation scripts, workflows, dashboards and operational utilities.
• Translate operational requirements into automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Configure and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability platforms across infrastructure and applications.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, thresholds, reports and service views; perform alert tuning and noise reduction.
• Monitor system health, performance and capacity; troubleshoot alerts, incidents, failed jobs and integrations.
• Support incident, problem and change activities, including validation and post‑change monitoring.
• Support system onboarding, monitoring integrations, data validation and alert routing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in automation, monitoring, observability, IT operations or a related technical role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and technical documentation skills.
