About the role
We are a small‑to‑medium enterprise seeking an AV Technician to join our central‑area team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all audio‑visual and mechanical‑electrical equipment across our campus.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily preventive and corrective maintenance on AV systems.
- Service and keep AV/M&E equipment functional, troubleshooting faults during emergencies and supporting client amenities.
- Oversee set‑up, cleanliness and upkeep of lecture theatres, studios, auditoriums, training, meeting and experience rooms.
- Assist with events and campus activities as required.
- Liaise with event organisers to provide logistics support and meet set‑up requirements.
- Monitor spare‑part inventory and ensure availability for timely replacements.
Required profile
- NTC 2/3, NITEC Mechanical/Electrical & Communication or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with AV systems and solid computer knowledge.
- Outgoing personality with an inquisitive mindset.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work shift duties and weekends.
