AVP – Learning and Transformation

About the role

OCBC is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead learning and transformation initiatives across the organisation. You will design, deliver and optimise evidence‑based learning solutions that support business priorities and drive capability growth.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with business units to conduct needs analysis and translate priorities into targeted learning programmes.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end multimodal learning experiences, from concept through evaluation.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts, senior leaders and external partners to co‑create solutions.
• Integrate learning science, technology and data insights to enhance learner engagement and impact.
• Develop and monitor success metrics, using analytics to continuously improve outcomes.
• Promote OCBC Campus as a scientifically informed learning organisation.
