AVP, Unsecured Loans Pricing Manager

About the role

DBS is looking for an Associate Vice President, Unsecured Loans Pricing Manager, based in DBS Asia Central. The role sits in the Consumer Banking Group and focuses on developing and implementing pricing strategies for unsecured loans products, driving their growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to grow and profitably expand the Unsecured Loans portfolio within the Consumer Banking Group.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies and customer behaviour to find opportunities for product innovation and optimisation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop and launch new unsecured loans products that meet customer needs and fit the bank's strategy.
• Monitor product performance, including yield, profitability and market share, to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and strategic advice to senior management on product development and portfolio management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, focused on unsecured loans or consumer lending products.
• Proven ability to analyse market trends, competitors and customers to drive product innovation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape and market share dynamics in the unsecured loans segment.
