AVP/VP of Revenue Management

About the role

The AVP/VP of Revenue Management will lead the Group’s revenue strategy across multiple hotel properties in Singapore. Reporting to senior leadership, the incumbent will shape pricing, inventory and reservation policies to drive top‑line growth while safeguarding guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a group‑wide revenue management and reservations strategy, ensuring optimal pricing across all distribution channels.
• Monitor market demand, competitor rates and key performance indicators to adjust tactics in real time.
• Oversee revenue forecasting, budgeting and regular performance reporting to senior management.
• Lead training programmes for corporate and property teams to embed best practices.
• Manage relationships with OTAs, third‑party vendors and distribution partners to maximise online presence and control costs.
• Conduct market research, identify emerging trends and recommend strategic initiatives.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and sustainability efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive revenue and reservations experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record managing revenue strategies across multiple hotel properties or brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
