AVP/VP of Revenue Management

About the role

This senior position leads strategic revenue management across multiple hotel properties within a Singapore‑based group. The incumbent will shape pricing, inventory, and reservation policies to drive top‑line performance while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and general managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a group‑wide revenue management and reservations strategy, ensuring optimal pricing across all distribution channels.
• Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, and key performance indicators to adjust tactics and maximize revenue.
• Oversee revenue forecasts, budgeting processes, and regular performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with OTAs, third‑party vendors, and distribution partners to optimize online presence and costs.
• Lead data‑driven decision‑making, analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Provide training and development programs to ensure consistent best practices across the group.
• Conduct market research to spot emerging trends and maintain competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in revenue and reservations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing revenue strategies across multiple properties and brands (cluster experience required).
