Backend Development Engineer (Golang/Java)

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Development Engineer proficient in Golang and Java to join our technical team. You will help design, build, and optimise the core services that power our products, ensuring they are stable, scalable and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirement analysis, design, development and testing of company products.
• Develop backend services in Golang/Java, including API design, coding, and unit testing.
• Perform performance tuning and optimisation of existing systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to solve technical challenges and resolve project issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Golang/Java ecosystem trends and share knowledge.
• Document technical details to aid team understanding and project tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer‑related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience with Golang or Java.
• Strong programming habits, familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
