Backend Software Engineer – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our Singapore team, focusing on developing and scaling overseas social products. You will work on high‑concurrency, low‑latency services and help shape the technical architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and iterate functional modules for overseas social products.
• Continuously optimize and refactor existing systems to support rapid business growth.
• Analyze system bottlenecks, solve complex problems, and build scalable, high‑availability architectures.
• Design technical solutions and system designs based on deep business requirement analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Software or a related field.
• At least two years of professional software development experience.
• Fluent Chinese language skills.
• Strong self‑motivation, logical thinking, sense of responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Go programming language.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computer networks.
• Experience with Redis, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS development (preferred).
