Barista – Marina Bay / Orchard

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our café team in the Marina Bay and Orchard areas. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality coffee and café beverages while delivering a warm, welcoming experience to every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and café drinks according to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and recommend menu items.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and overall café cleanliness.
• Operate, clean, and calibrate coffee equipment, grinders, and espresso machines.
• Handle cashiering, payment transactions, and cash handling.
• Monitor inventory, replenish stock, and receive deliveries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level qualification.
• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

What we offer

• Basic salary ranging from SGD 2,200 to SGD 2,500 per month.
• 5‑day work week with 44 hours total.
