Beauty Supervisor

About the role

The Beauty Supervisor will lead daily operations of our beauty facilities across Singapore, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience while meeting cost and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and achieve set financial goals.
• Train, hire, motivate, evaluate and direct staff members.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and proper functioning of all beauty equipment.
• Ensure a tranquil and aesthetically pleasing environment for clients.
• Manage client database, schedule appointments and coordinate contract laborers.
• Place orders for supplies and retail items, and control inventory.
• Interview and onboard new staff members.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of cosmetic trends and makeup products.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Professional appearance.
