Beauty Trainer

About the role

The Beauty Trainer will develop and elevate the capabilities of retail teams across LUXASIA’s luxury beauty portfolio. You will design and deliver engaging training programmes that enhance product knowledge, makeup artistry, skincare and fragrance expertise, as well as selling and customer service skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, adapt and deliver training modules covering product knowledge, makeup techniques, skincare, fragrance, consultation and selling skills.
• Conduct beauty masterclasses, demonstrations and workshops for Beauty Advisors, Brand Ambassadors and retail partners.
• Ensure all training content aligns with brand guidelines, business priorities and the learning needs of each retail location.
• Participate in Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and education seminars, then cascade learning to local teams.
• Maintain required brand certifications and assessments to lead masterclasses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in beauty or luxury retail training.
• Strong product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse retail teams.
