Bellhop – Guest Services & Luggage Assistance

About the role

The Bellhop provides front‑line guest service by greeting visitors, handling luggage, and delivering information about hotel amenities and local attractions. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, opening doors and assisting with entry and exit.
• Explain room features, amenities, and hotel services.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and the bell area, and manage luggage storage and retrieval.
• Assist guests with vehicle loading/unloading and provide directions.
• Arrange transportation such as taxis, shuttles, or limousine services and record requests.
• Communicate parking procedures and maintain awareness of safety and security on the property.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, or jog for extended periods and navigate stairs or ramps.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
