Beverage Production Operator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and energetic Beverage Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will be the engine behind our high‑speed production line, ensuring every bottle, can, or carton meets strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor high‑speed equipment such as fillers, cappers, labelers, and packaging machines.
• Perform regular quality checks on carbonation levels, sugar content (brix), seal integrity, and date coding.
• Execute Clean‑in‑Place (CIP) procedures and manual deep cleans to keep the environment sterile.
• Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues or jams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate logs of production output, ingredient usage, and safety checks.
• Follow GMP and OSHA safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in food or beverage manufacturing or a similar production environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lb, and work in loud, wet, or temperature‑variable conditions.
• Strong attention to detail for spotting labeling errors or packaging defects.
• Team‑player with good communication skills, willing to assist teammates during peak hours.

Required skills

• Experience with PLC‑controlled machinery.
• Proficiency using basic hand tools.
