Billing Analyst - Managed K8s

About the role

Bitdeer, a technology company for Bitcoin mining and AI cloud, is looking for a Billing Analyst to own the correctness of usage-to-invoice accounting for its multi-tenant GPU cloud. The role sits at the intersection of finance, product and the AI Cloud Kubernetes engineering team, and works with engineering to specify metering requirements, with finance on pricing and credit policy, and with product on new SKUs.

Key responsibilities

• Pricing model design: maintain pricing models across GPU type, region, commitment tier and spot versus on-demand, and model tiered discounts, commitment-based rates and burst pricing
• Metering and usage analysis: validate recorded consumption against actual customer activity, define metering requirements (granularity, tagging, timestamps) and flag coverage gaps
• Billing reconciliation: reconcile usage against billing statements and payments, build reconciliation processes and investigate root causes of drift
• GPU-fault credit administration: determine eligibility, calculate and apply credits for hardware or host failures, and track credit trends
• Cross-functional partnership: act as billing domain expert, review new products and pricing for billing readiness, and escalate billing risks
• Process and controls: build documented processes for month-end close, invoice review and credit issuance, and keep pricing rules, SKU definitions and credit policies documented

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in billing, revenue operations or financial analysis for a usage-based product, ideally cloud infrastructure, GPU/compute or another metered-usage business
• Track record of owning pricing model design and billing reconciliation for a product with a non-trivial SKU matrix
• Demonstrated experience reconciling metered consumption against invoices at scale
• Experience with credit, adjustment or SLA-remediation processes in a usage-based billing context

Required skills

• Strong analytical fluency with usage and billing data, working directly in SQL or spreadsheets against large usage-event datasets
• Comfortable working with engineering to specify metering requirements and validate usage data
• Familiarity with how cloud or Kubernetes usage is measured (compute-hours, GPU-hours, node- or pod-level attribution) is a strong plus
• Precise, structured communication and documentation habits
