BIM Modeller (MEP)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller (MEP) to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for creating, updating and maintaining BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they reflect the latest design information.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and revise BIM models based on contract drawings and updated project data.
• Build and maintain BIM libraries for MEP components.
• Collaborate with internal and external disciplines to coordinate design and model changes.
• Produce construction and shop drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools.
• Generate plan, elevation, section and detail drawings from BIM/CAD models.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP construction documents and drawings.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
