BIM Specialist – Multiple Roles (Manager & Coordinators)

About the role

United Service Consultant Pte. Ltd. is expanding its BIM team across Singapore and India. We are hiring a BIM Manager and several BIM Coordinators (Architectural/Structural and MEP) to lead and support BIM delivery on large‑scale construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end BIM delivery, develop BIM Execution Plans and manage model coordination, clash detection and version control.
• Produce coordinated shop drawings, federated BIM models and as‑built deliverables for architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Chair ICE meetings, oversee CDE management and ensure compliance with local authority requirements (CORENET X, BCA, FSSD, etc.).
• Extract model data for quantity take‑off, logistics planning and Green Mark compliance.
• Support subcontractor BIM teams and coordinate with consultants and authorities.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management (BIM Manager) or relevant diploma/certification.
• 8+ years BIM experience with at least 3 years in management for the Manager role; 6+ years Revit experience for Coordinator roles.
• Proven ability to lead BIM teams of 10‑30 members.
• Strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Enscape, Fuzor, Solibri.
• Model Federation, Information Delivery Planning, LOD/LOI Management, CDE Management, 4D Construction Sequencing, 5D Quantity Take‑Off.
• Knowledge of CORENET X, BCA/Singapore BIM Guidelines, IDD and local construction codes.
• For MEP Coordinators: expertise in MEP systems, fire protection and ELV BIM models.
