Branch Sales Manager

About the role

The Branch Sales Manager will lead our Singapore salon, driving sales performance and branch growth. This full-time, on-site position oversees daily operations, sets targets and ensures an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations, including staff scheduling and supervision.
• Set, monitor and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare regular sales and financial reports.
• Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase visibility and client acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement sales strategies and uphold company standards.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience with a track record of achieving revenue growth.
• Branch or retail management background, including staff supervision and operational oversight.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic financial reporting skills, such as monitoring sales reports and managing budgets.
• Ability to plan and execute local marketing or promotional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Fluent English; applicants from the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and other SEA nations are welcome.
