STARSEARCH is seeking a motivated Brand Building Representative to join its fast‑growing Singapore core team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in consumer engagement, brand activation, and client relationship management, with a clear pathway to leadership within 6‑12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, executing direct‑marketing strategies to attract new audience segments.
• Plan and run face‑to‑face brand activations, pop‑ups, and corporate showcase events.
• Consult with potential and existing clients, delivering memorable brand experiences.
• Shadow senior managers to learn team building, performance coaching, and territory management, eventually leading your own campaign team.
