About the role

STARSEARCH is a fast‑growing brand solutions and marketing agency looking for an ambitious Brand Building Representative to join its Singapore core team. This junior position offers a hands‑on learning curve, allowing you to move quickly from execution to leading your own campaign team within 6‑12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering targeted direct‑marketing initiatives to attract new audience segments.
• Plan, set up and run face‑to‑face brand activations, pop‑up events and corporate showcases.
• Consult with prospective and existing clients to ensure memorable brand experiences and long‑term relationships.
• Shadow senior managers, learn team‑building and performance‑coaching techniques, and eventually lead your own campaign team.

Required profile
