Brand Designer – Employer Branding

About the role

ByteDance’s Employer Branding team is looking for an experienced Brand Designer to create compelling visual content that showcases the company’s culture to talent worldwide. You will own the design process from concept through execution, working closely with strategists, producers and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead visual design for employer branding initiatives across social media, platforms and offline events.
• Develop cohesive creative assets for campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Design and iterate digital experiences, applying UX thinking to improve the candidate journey.
• Manage end‑to‑end projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Maintain high quality standards while delivering efficiently and with impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in visual or brand design, especially for external‑facing content.
• Strong visual sensibility and a portfolio demonstrating high‑quality design work.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
