Brand Engagement Executive – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Brand Engagement Executive to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This entry‑level position provides hands‑on experience in sales, marketing and brand activation, allowing you to work directly with established brands through exciting events and campaigns across Singapore. You will receive structured training, one‑to‑one mentorship, and a clear pathway for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing brand activation events and promotional campaigns.
• Support sales and marketing teams with on‑site brand representation, customer interaction and lead generation.
• Collaborate with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event logistics and timely delivery.
• Collect, analyse and report post‑event feedback, performance metrics and insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate, recent ORD graduate or career switcher with a strong interest in brand marketing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and take on new challenges.
