Brand Graphic Designer – Employer Branding

About the role

The Employer Branding team at ByteDance is looking for a seasoned Brand Graphic Designer to shape how the company is perceived by talent worldwide. You will own the visual creation of employer‑branding assets, from concept through execution, ensuring every piece aligns with hiring priorities and the overall brand strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead visual design for employer‑branding initiatives, translating company culture into engaging external‑facing content.
• Design assets for social media, employer‑branding platforms, and offline events.
• Create cohesive creative assets for campaigns, maintaining consistency across channels and formats.
• Contribute to the design and iteration of digital employer‑branding experiences, applying UX thinking to improve the candidate journey.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in visual or brand design, with a strong portfolio of external‑facing content.
• Excellent visual sensibility, awareness of design trends, and storytelling ability for digital platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Figma.
• Motion or video editing skills (a plus).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and user‑centric content design.
