Brand, Partnerships & Projects Intern

About the role

GUAVA International is seeking a motivated intern to support brand development, strategic partnerships, and project execution across the hospitality, travel, and tourism sectors. You will work directly with the leadership team, gaining exposure to how ideas are transformed into real‑world initiatives that drive sustainability and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement branding and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate international creative projects with the overseas design team.
• Create presentations, graphic designs, and marketing materials for digital, print, and event use.
• Plan and execute events, showcases, and brand activations.
• Support strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Assist the Sales & Partnerships team on campaigns and business‑development projects.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Research emerging trends and identify new partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Ambitious student or recent graduate with a track record of leading initiatives.
• Experience organising events, leading student organisations, or launching projects.
• Strong interest in sustainability, hospitality, travel, or tourism.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
