About the role

The Building Construction Supervisor will oversee daily activities on construction sites across Singapore. This role ensures that projects progress on schedule while maintaining strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Monitor site works and track progress against project timelines.
Enforce all site safety requirements and conduct regular safety inspections.
Manage and coordinate all workers on site to ensure proper execution of project operations.
Work both indoors and outdoors, adapting to varying site conditions.
Commit to a six‑day work week to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

Non‑executive level with experience supervising construction activities.
Ability to lead a diverse workforce and maintain high safety standards.
Willingness to work on‑site across the island.
