Business Analyst (1 Year Contract)

About the role

Prudential is hiring a Product Delivery Business Analyst on a 1-year contract. The role is central to delivering successful product launches across multiple platforms, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders so that products are delivered on time, with quality and in line with governance and standards. You will report to the Product Delivery Team Lead and work with business, technology and operations stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of new product launches, including launch discussions, agreed timelines and risk management.
• Document business requirements and business rules, act as PIC for assigned requirements and mentor peers.
• Turn requirements into test scenarios and conditions for User Acceptance Testing (UAT); plan, run and document UAT, and manage defects with Technology teams.
• Perform post-deployment verification, develop SOPs, user guides and training materials, and deliver stakeholder training.
• Identify process improvements and follow product launch SOPs and governance standards.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• GCE 'A' Levels or equivalent, or relevant professional qualifications.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently and across cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
