Business Analyst Intern, SEA

About the role

LVMH's Benefit Cosmetics is looking for a Business Analyst Intern in Singapore for a 6-month internship from December 2026/January 2027 to June 2027. The intern acts as a business co-pilot, supporting the Regional General Manager (SEA & TR APAC) and the Sales and Finance team, and gains hands-on exposure to how a regional beauty business is run, from commercial performance to strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Track KPIs across SEA (sales, productivity, sell-out trends) and monitor door-level performance with key retailers, focusing on Flagships
• Take part in the new sales dashboard optimization project
• Prepare executive summaries for business reviews and retailer meetings
• Support P&L analysis and business cases such as new doors and investments
• Assist with month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and analyse growth drivers, risks and performance against targets
• Evaluate promotional effectiveness and profitability, and automate reporting tools using Excel and Power BI
• Improve data accuracy, efficiency and reporting processes

Required profile

• Able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship from December 2026/January 2027 to June 2027
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Business acumen and interest in retail and commercial operations
• Proactive and adaptable

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• Power BI is a plus
