Business Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Business Controller to join DNV Energy Systems’ Finance & Performance team in the APAC region. You will partner with technical delivery teams, ensuring financial compliance, accurate reporting and commercial performance as the energy industry transitions to a sustainable future.

Key responsibilities

• Guide technical delivery teams through financial and performance challenges while maintaining compliance.
• Ensure financial reporting is accurate, auditable and continuously improve its quality and efficiency.
• Act as a business partner for one or more departments, driving financial performance across sales, people and finance.
• Collaborate with other Business Controllers, the Operational Excellence Manager and the worldwide Finance & Performance organization.
• Maintain strong relationships with APAC teams and support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Passion for financial business partnering and ensuring compliant, successful operations.
• Deep understanding of operations across sales, people and finance.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
