Procurement Specialist

About the role

Binance is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support vendor onboarding and manage indirect procurement operations across technology, professional services, marketing, HR, legal and other categories. The role ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while driving efficiency in the sourcing process.

Key responsibilities

• Support vendor onboarding, due‑diligence reviews, documentation and regular compliance checks.
• Execute daily procurement activities for indirect categories, adhering to company policies.
• Manage the vendor lifecycle, including RFP/RFQ issuance, vendor selection, assessment and performance reviews.
• Lead negotiations on price, quantity, delivery, SLAs and guide contract signing and follow‑up.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing and training to improve procurement awareness across the organization.
• Identify and implement process‑optimization initiatives to enhance transparency and compliance.
• Assist with data analysis, invoice validation, process initiation and documentation tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in indirect procurement.
• Understanding of Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) processes and vendor assessment procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively and solve problems.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
