Business Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Business Controller to ensure financial transparency, support strategic decisions and drive operational excellence across our regional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and leadership decks, analysing P&L performance and budget variances.
• Partner with Concepts & Services, Human Resources and Merchandising to provide financial insights and model business initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance Anaplan budgeting and forecasting models, leading system upgrades with external consultants.
• Update SOPs, identify process bottlenecks and simplify workflows to improve planning speed and accuracy.
• Support digital transformation projects, transitioning from legacy systems to cloud‑based platforms.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A or Commercial Finance.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver accurate results.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex financial concepts to senior leaders.

Required skills

• Anaplan model building and maintenance.
• ERP and reporting tools such as SAP and Business Intelligence platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace for collaborative modelling.
• Experience using AI tools like Gemini to optimise workflows.
