Business Controller, Travel Retail Beauty APAC

About the role

LVMH F&C Singapore (LFCS) handles seven perfume and cosmetics brands of the LVMH group (Christian Dior, Guerlain, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Benefit, Givenchy, Kenzo and Fresh) and brings together logistics, production, quality, commercial and back-office activities for Singapore and the Asia region. This Business Controller position sits in the Finance Team, reporting directly to the Regional Finance Director, Travel Retail APAC Beauty, and covers the APAC Travel Retail business for all LVMH Beauty brands. It is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in budget and landing reviews with all brands and advise regional leadership and HQ on financial risks and opportunities
• Analyse complex financial data for the APAC Travel Retail market and act as a key business partner
• Lead the consolidation of the financial position through forecasting cycles and closing processes, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
• Contribute to and lead projects that optimise and revamp financial processes
• Consolidate, analyse and present financial data to stakeholders, supporting brands in their financial management
• Identify process improvements locally and regionally and coordinate their implementation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a closely related discipline
• At least 3 years' experience in FP&A, management accounting or a similar commercial finance role
• Experience in retail or FMCG, especially Travel Retail, is highly valued
• Confident communicator able to work with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a matrixed, multi-country environment

Required skills

• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential)
• Experience with SAP is a significant advantage
