The One Percent SG is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate to represent our client portfolio and build professional relationships with business owners and decision‑makers. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to multiple industries and a clear pathway to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Engage face‑to‑face with established business clients on behalf of the company.
• Develop and nurture relationships with owners, managers and key decision‑makers.
• Learn and apply business communication, negotiation and problem‑solving techniques.
• Take on increasing responsibilities and contribute to team targets.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate, recent ORD personnel, or career‑changer seeking long‑term growth.
• Coachable, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• No prior sales experience required.
