Business Development Center Manager

About the role

Hotcoin is seeking a Business Development Center Manager to drive growth across its global cryptocurrency exchange platform. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding user acquisition worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the crypto and Web3 ecosystem.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, affiliates, KOLs, communities, institutions, and key clients.
• Drive user acquisition and increase trading volume.
• Explore and negotiate strategic partnerships to broaden Hotcoin’s global ecosystem.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover fresh opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement business initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in the crypto or Web3 industry.
• Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges is highly preferred.
• Strong network within the crypto ecosystem (KOLs, affiliates, communities, institutions, or trading partners).
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Chinese are a plus.
