Business Development Director

About the role

As a Business Development Director at Adepture Consulting, you will lead the delivery of immigration services, ensuring each client’s case is managed from initiation to successful completion. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and immigration authorities, driving high‑quality service and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of immigration cases, guiding clients through visa application processes.
• Provide expert consultation, document collection, and drafting of application letters and forms.
• Liaise with immigration departments and authorities in Singapore, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States, Europe, Malaysia and other destinations.
• Respond to client queries, track application progress, and ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain and update client databases, data libraries, and reporting tools.
• Conduct continuous research on immigration regulations and keep the team informed of changes.
• Support colleagues with administrative duties and case management as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in immigration consulting or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to multitask.
• Proactive, professional demeanor with a can‑do attitude.
• Team player capable of working independently and prioritising tasks.
