Business Development Enablement Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a proactive Business Development Operations professional to join its BD enablement team. The role supports internal client and market development initiatives, ensuring operational excellence across the firm’s corporate services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements in BD processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage CRM activities, including contact management, data integrity, and system updates.
• Operationalise the client feedback programme, compile data and prepare management reports.
• Support key account development activities and proposal preparation.
• Coordinate programmes and projects, liaising with stakeholders across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development operations or account development within professional services or financial markets.
• Experience maintaining CRM systems and managing contacts.
• Strong understanding of pipeline management, proposal preparation, and client engagement processes.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities, proficient in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience in programme/project coordination and stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Power BI or comparable data‑visualisation tools.
