About the role

Triple ‘S’ Protection is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join its Singapore office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on expanding the company’s client base and strengthening partnerships within the security services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into long‑term clients.
• Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Present customized security solutions to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven ability in new‑business development and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of business practices and partnership building.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in account management within a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the security services industry is an advantage.
