Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive supports the Group’s commercial operations across three business arms, ensuring sales and marketing activities run smoothly. This role blends coordination, client engagement, and pipeline management rather than pure hunting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update sales decks, company profiles, and presentations; coordinate marketing collaterals, proposals and quotations.
• Maintain the Group’s digital presence on LinkedIn, manage email campaigns and keep the project portfolio current.
• Research potential clients and partners; track competitor activity and market trends in fit‑out, sustainability and luxury lifestyle sectors.
• Schedule and organise client meetings, site visits and presentations; draft agendas, minutes and follow‑up actions.
• Manage the director’s business‑development calendar and maintain a client contact database.
• Coordinate regular project reviews, track milestones, and maintain a live pipeline tracker.
• Prepare internal status reports and follow up on proposals and client responses.
• File BD documents such as proposals, NDAs, LOIs and correspondence in an organised manner.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse client groups.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder schedules and deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive in following up on outstanding items.
