Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth for Chuga, a Korean soju brand known for its naturally sweet aroma and smooth taste. The role focuses on expanding domestic and regional market presence by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research new market opportunities and potential partners.
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing and product initiatives.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, spotting upsell and cross‑sell possibilities.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and trade‑marketing activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to start a sales career.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Adaptable to change and comfortable with a dynamic market.
• Fluency in Korean is a plus.
