Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our client base, strengthen existing relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves understanding client needs, addressing inquiries promptly, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships, handling client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Increase client retention by regularly reaching out to key accounts and private clients.
• Resolve customer issues, manage orders, inventory, logistics, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and analyse client data to spot trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet client expectations and business objectives.
• Assist in drafting proposals and provide administrative support for daily operations.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or client‑facing roles with high‑profile accounts.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Resourceful, positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven negotiation ability and conflict‑resolution skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
