Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive sales growth and increase market share for industrial logistics solutions within the assigned territory. You will manage leads, prepare quotations, and support customers through demonstrations and training.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, turnover and market‑share goals set by management.
• Follow up on leads, prepare and submit quotes.
• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations for customers.
• Initiate cold‑calling activities to generate new business.
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Participate in government tenders and bidding processes.
• Conduct training sessions for operators.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in industrial or logistics products.
• Background as a Logistics Executive or Marketing/Business Development role in logistics companies.
• Strong written communication skills, especially email correspondence.
• Willingness to work on‑site at Loyang Way.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for contact and pipeline management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
