Business Development Executive – Solution Sales

About the role

Join ANRADUS as a Business Development Executive focused on solution sales within the software development and consultancy space. You will be responsible for generating new B2B opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the end‑to‑end sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable software or automation solutions.
• Support the sales process from lead generation through to closing.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and performance metrics.
• Participate in client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
• Assist account management to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development or a related field.
• Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
• Exposure to supply chain, logistics, warehouse automation or enterprise software is a plus.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems or system integration is desirable.
• Willingness to travel when required.
