Business Development Manager – Corporate Services

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand our corporate services portfolio in Singapore. You will drive new revenue by promoting accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial solutions while nurturing strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets for corporate services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals that showcase tailored service solutions.
• Collaborate with internal Business Heads to stay updated on industry regulations and customize offerings.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and refer existing clients to relevant service lines, including Trust & Fiduciary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in professional services such as accounting, tax, payroll, or corporate services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and securing new contracts.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate service functions.
• Experience working with a diverse client base, including European and Asian clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, results‑driven, and accountable with strong ethical standards.
