Business Development Manager, Cryptoassets

About the role

DRW’s cryptoasset arm, Cumberland, is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand its token liquidity provision business globally. The role will involve sourcing new protocol partners, managing the full project lifecycle and representing the brand at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Source deal‑flow from new and existing protocols that need liquidity providers on centralized exchanges.
• Develop and leverage a network of crypto‑native partners across multiple sectors.
• Own the entire project lifecycle, from initial discussions through onboarding and post‑go‑live trading.
• Collaborate with the trading team to design and negotiate agreements.
• Represent Cumberland’s brand globally at conferences and other industry events.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience within the crypto industry.
• Proven track record in liquidity provision is highly preferred.
• High sense of urgency, self‑motivation and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Team‑player able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Data‑driven approach to decision making and priority setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Well‑organized with the ability to multitask and drive projects to completion independently.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
