Business Development Manager

About the role

Rhone, a leading international wealth protection group, is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Singapore office. The role focuses on driving regional growth by acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with wealth intermediaries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and convert new client opportunities across the region.
• Develop and nurture relationships with law firms, family offices, asset managers and private bankers.
• Lead client and prospect meetings, including travel as required.
• Collaborate with legal and internal trust teams to design sophisticated trust and succession solutions.
• Represent Rhone at industry events, conferences and networking functions.

Required profile

• Recognised international trust qualification.
• Extensive experience in trust and fiduciary services with a proven business development track record.
• Strong knowledge of international trust, asset protection and cross‑border succession planning.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional languages a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore and willingness to travel regularly across the region.
