Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for MS General Construction in Singapore. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to increase revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and participating in pitch presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and other materials to clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, including revenue, profitability, and pipeline metrics.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Middle‑management level experience.
