Business Development Manager

About the role

Gravity Team is expanding its crypto OTC desk and seeks a Business Development Manager to grow its institutional OTC business. You will work at the intersection of traditional finance, cross‑border payments and crypto, helping to bring innovative settlement and pricing solutions to emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the institutional OTC business by attracting clients from tradfi, cross‑border payments and crypto sectors.
• Collaborate with product teams to tailor offerings to specific market niches.
• Drive sales for market‑making and liquidity‑provision projects, ensuring strong client onboarding experiences.
• Design and execute strategies to acquire projects needing market‑making services.
• Sell trading infrastructure and execution solutions to other traders.
• Build and maintain relationships with VCs, banks, payment processors, traders, lenders and exchanges.
• Identify market trends and work with executives to launch new products.
• Manage client accounts throughout the lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in market‑making or OTC business development.
• Deep understanding of OTC trading in crypto or forex.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value partnership deals (>$10 M).
• Extensive network within the crypto ecosystem, including VCs, investors and market leaders.
• Experience or connections in cross‑border payments and remittances is a plus.
• Passion for crypto and a strategic mindset for business growth.
• Fluent English.
