Business Development Manager

About the role

Leaseweb is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its sales footprint across the APAC region, focusing on Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia. You will drive new business opportunities and revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long‑term customers for our IaaS and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to meet monthly sales quotas.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
• Develop tailored cloud, datacenter, and managed‑service solutions for prospects.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and pre‑sales teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Document customer requirements and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B commercial sales experience in the technology sector, preferably with a focus on new‑business acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Strong customer focus, result‑driven attitude, and ability to turn leads into long‑term relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, go‑getter mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cloud computing, IaaS, datacenter, and managed‑service solutions.
• Experience with demand‑generation techniques and sales engagement tools.
