Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead student enrollment growth for both the French and English streams of an international school in Singapore. Reporting to the Director, the role combines strategic partnership development, bilingual community engagement, and data‑driven pipeline management to achieve enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an annual enrollment plan with clear targets for each school year and mid‑year admissions.
• Own the full admissions journey—from lead generation to onboarding—ensuring a seamless experience across both streams.
• Identify and cultivate recruitment channels such as expatriate families, AEFE network schools, corporate relocations, embassies, and relocation agencies.
• Monitor enrollment performance using AI and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), track conversion metrics, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyse retention and attrition trends and collaborate with academic teams to improve re‑enrollment.
• Develop strategic corporate partnerships and represent the school at education fairs, expat events, and corporate presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or student enrollment growth.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for international education.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, admissions, and academic leadership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and data‑analysis tools.
