Business Development Manager – Life Sciences & Healthcare Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development professional to grow our portfolio in the Life Sciences and Healthcare logistics sector. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts and supporting sales initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a balanced portfolio of accounts to align with corporate and regional strategies.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry.
• Maintain accurate client and target information in the CRM system.
• Prepare competitive pricing proposals and quotations in response to RFQs.
• Monitor sales pipelines, generate monthly sales reports and deliver compliant proposals on time.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Keep the client contact database up‑to‑date and perform any ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding with exposure to Life Sciences and Healthcare logistics.
• Well‑organized, flexible and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Team player capable of interacting with all levels and departments.
• Analytical mindset, self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
