Business Development Manager – Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to lead partnership initiatives that drive new revenue streams. The ideal candidate will identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with travel, tourism, and catering partners, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and meet strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across travel, tourism, hotels, restaurants, and food platforms.
• Develop and nurture new relationships to expand the company’s market presence.
• Maintain and grow existing partnerships through regular communication and issue resolution.
• Plan, negotiate, draft, and sign cooperation agreements, then oversee project implementation.
• Monitor partnership performance and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of business development experience in travel, tourism, or catering industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful partnership strategies.
• Goal‑oriented, focused, and capable of critical thinking in planning.
